India Aid Foundation’s Initiatives in Supporting Sadhus
₹0 of ₹20 lakh raised
Project
Our campaign aims to provide essential support and assistance to Sadhus, one of the most marginalized and neglected communities in our society. Saadhus, or religious ascetics, often live in poverty and face significant challenges in accessing basic necessities such as food, shelter, and healthcare. Through this initiative, we seek to restore dignity and hope to their lives by offering them the support they desperately need.
Challenges Faced:
One of the primary challenges we encounter in providing assistance to Sadhus is the lack of awareness and resources dedicated to their welfare. Additionally, Sadhus often face social stigma and discrimination, which further exacerbates their vulnerabilities and impedes our efforts to reach out to them effectively.
